Pixel Petz 4+

Ive had this game for 7 years, i love the amount of options the games have. Pxp has multiple minigames where you can earns coinz and its a very simple way to earn money fast. The TV Ads are extremley helpful, and i use them a lot, the community is extremley engaging and wonderful, the pxp community is probably the least toxic i've seen out of all the sites and games ive used. Pixel Petz honestly just is one of the better games on the app store. Theres a LOT of features, i love how you never really run out of options. Contests, Minigames, Selling and buying petz, trading, posting, adventure mode, quests/acheivements, pixing petz. There are very few issues that i have with this game but there ARE some. The fact this game is so advanced yet has no feature for darkmode is a little absurd to me, and gemz are far too hard to get. Besides the tv ad, trading things for gemz, adventure mode, and acheivments theres almost no way to get gemz without paying. Also why is there a gem to coin exchange but no coin to gem exchange? For a game so well made and coded, you'd think these features (Mainly darkmode) would have been added already. Despite the few issues, the game is honestly wonderful. A lot of people I have talked to ingame have said they would like darkmode added, so if that could be possible would the pxp team please add it? Thank you for reading my review! <3

This game is amazing! It gives me the ability to interact with friends and the community! There are a couple things I would change though, I find that getting gems is somewhat hard without buying them with real life money. I think that adding another way to obtain them in game would be great! For instance, every time you added 500 points to your score in the mini game you would get a gem! You wouldn’t get this every time you made it to 500, 1000, 1500, and so on, but only when you added 500 to your high score! There is also a bug with the rose mouths where when you reach 70-72 tokens it stops giving you the ad. If this is only a way of stopping people from getting too many parts from the event I understand but it should definitely tell you that! I think it should also give you a warning so you know how many chances you have left to get the part you want! Overall the game is amazing and I will definitely keep playing! Oh and the Valentine’s Day event is my first one as I joined in January but I can tell they are very fun and interactive! I would recommend this to anyone who loves art pets and making friends! And even to people who don’t!

I downloaded this last week thinking it looked a little silly, and that I might as well give it a try. I was surprised! This game is actually pretty fun- the minigames are simple (flappy bird, doodle jump, and counting 1s and 2s) and the payouts feel balanced. There’s no popup ads I’ve seen so far, the most ‘forced’ ad there is is when you get watching one as a daily challenge. You’re probably watching this single ad anyway though, because every 12 hours you can do so for a gem, the premium currency (which is a breath of fresh air since most mobile games paylock premium currencies).

Getting gems is limited (4 or so per day) and a slow crawl without the premium subscription, but its certainly doable (esp since you can sell petz for gems). So far, I’ve had no problems with being f2p- esp since you can watch 10 ads in a row for an hour of premium, if you want to.

Speaking of, non-premium members can’t color lineart and are limited to specific preset colors, but there’s a lot you can do with those presets! I think the f2p experience for this game is pretty great compared to most mobile games nowadays. If you like pixel art and pets, give it a try- the community is super creative!
