We are former Wells Fargo customers whose accounts were sold to Flagstar. The app is a pain — very limited functionality and not user friendly. Flagstar has a lot of work to do ... I need to be able to take care of bills, transfers, etc on the go and this app does not let me do that well. Super frustrating!
Update — we continue to be frustrated a year later. The app regularly fails when we are trying to pay bills and deposit checks. So maddening and there are no branches near us so this is our only option. PLEASE FIX IT!!!
won’t let me look at my account activity
I know that Flag Star is trying their best but every time I try to look at my account activity the page takes forever to load just to show me a blank screen. I tried calling customer service, but that wasn’t much help either (they weren’t quite sure what to do either). This didn’t start happening until after the update:(((
Worst bank ever
This is the worst bank. Wells Fargo was way better. When you run your debit card at some places, it will be pending in the bank account for days up to a week and then will go through randomly. I cannot wait to switch banks. I highly do not recommend this bank at all. Even the ATMs are our of service 90% of the time and even when they do work, you have to get through the 20 million questions they ask just to withdrawal or deposit money. If I could, I would give this a negative stars! It is garbage.
