DCB seems like a nice enough small bank. However, it is a secondary account for me and infrequently used. As with most of us, and excuse me for assuming, but somewhere in the paperwork it must have explained “inactivity fees”. Imagine my surprise when I opened my account to make a mobile deposit to find $20 deducted due to inactivity! So because I didn’t use the account and the bank didn’t have to do anything and they still have my money, I am losing money!
To save time I did the deposit of a small check (there’s your activity for November & Happy Thanksgiving) and I will be moving the account elsewhere! Another bank will appreciate storing my money more DCB!
PS-I know it’s a Flagstar policy, not DCB!
I love the opportunity to deposit remotely and enjoy the ease of this feature.
However, your bill pay feature has some issues. I mistakenly put a wrong address for a vendor on bill pay and there are no instructions that allow me to delete the vendor.
Idk how this is an app to be honest I don’t trust it at all.💯💯💯💯
