Welcome to the wonderful realm of Giblins. It is in this fractured fairy tale world that you will build your ultimate castle business! Adventurers and assorted guests will journey from across the lands to purchase wares from your shop and enjoy the comfort of your castle. They shall eat, drink and be merry in your banquet hall, tavern or theater, and relax after a hard day’s work… while Giblins toil tirelessly right beneath their feet.

You’ll want to keep your guests satisfied by filling their orders and making sure your castle rooms are properly stocked and staffed so you can earn your visitors’ trust (and, most importantly, their gold).
However, in order to achieve that, your business requires precious supplies! Your Giblins will be hard at work below ground, excavating new areas and mining for lost resources. They will dig, craft and produce valuable goods to sell to your esteemed customers up above.

Low on Giblinpower? No problem! Collect Giblin eggs and hatch them with love and care to raise your custom workforce. Giblins are born fully grown, trained and eager to get to work! Assign them to important jobs to keep your business running smoothly and your commercial empire thriving. Each Giblin shows up with its own ability level and dream job: it’s up to you to assign it to the right room and get the most out of its labors.

From a simple Shiv to the mighty Gratesword, there are dozens of melee weapons to forge, bows to craft and delicious recipes to prepare for daring Adventurers. Those Adventurers (as well as lowly shoppers) will come from afar to get their hands on what you have to offer, so don’t disappoint them!

You will need to carefully balance harvesting resources and producing the items you need in time to fulfill your clients’ desire for epic gear. As long as you meet their expectations, they will reward you handsomely.

Then again, gear is not the only thing Adventurers need in these troubled times: they also want to be entertained! Thankfully, your Giblins are not only masters at brewing and serving all sorts of refreshing beverages—they can also dance and perform in your theater!

Just remember to keep your entertainment rooms stacked with goods to squeeze the most, ehh, fun out of your wealthy guests.

Have you got what it takes to build and run the best castle enterprise in the whole of the Giblins realm?

Good start, need some work

Excellent graphics and game design. Game has tower building setup similar to Fallout shelter, with a fantasy setting. There are lots of development choices and expanding upgrades to both the underground aspect as well as the shop interface to the surface for the customers.

The game is newly released, which means there are a few bugs that may need you to restart the game; however, I have not lost any progress as a result. The game could use a few quality of life improvements that would help a lot—
1. Remove the long hold press in structures build to enter build mode. Leave it to the construction hammer to toggle. This is a problem when your trying to move your Giblins around.
2. Trading post needs a bit of a timer reduction, even in the early game your blocked by rare resources that require you to send large orders out to get a reward to obtain these rare resources. Ten plus hours is a bit much for a cool down.
3. The market place needs a rework. The player has little to no control over what they can see or search for. The system is lacks context to how it works, as well as the whole social friend aspect being tied to sellers.

Game has great potential, but it will depends on some improvements to make it a long term fun game.

Error something went wrong 2.0.1

Great game if you enjoy constant crashes and delays with inputs. So I’ll give you all the good stuff first off just like the game performs. First of all ........( error something went wrong )
Update: they have improved performance issues and the constant error message although I still have glitches like Giblins not animating correctly and slight delays on certain actions. The new bug I have is with the Forman. He finishes digging and if I try to dig the next area it says he’s still digging even tho he is not... and I’ll have to close the game to fix it. My last gripe is the full 60 second ads some times it’s more than one ad jammed in the video clips.... come on man... and you only get tiny rewards for them. 60 seconds should be two separate vids and rewards not one.
Update 2: looks like I’m back to error something went wrong all the time a week after things seemed to be working smooth. Lol it wouldn’t be so bad if it just reloaded the game fast but, it doesn’t because actions will begin to delay for a while when you try to perform them , followed by the ole error something went wrong message minute later, and finally it reloads. Often now tho even after the reload if I try to perform actions too rapidly the game can’t keep up and it just errors out and round and round we go.

Cute but buggy

Nice graphics and cute premise but became bogged down way too early to keep my interest. Even with fairly generous free gems. And the bugs! Some of them really interfere with gameplay - like when the foreman says she’s busy but she really isn’t. I’ve also had excavations freeze (while the rest of the game is working normally). There are also some UI issues - like being unable to see how much a mine crafting costs because your finger is in the way the only time the cost is on the screen. Can’t you design your screen interface so that the cost is easier to see? I didn’t even realize that mine crafting costs coins until I saw my coins being charged against it. Same is true to a lesser extent for the pop up bubbles for crafting items. I either have to be a contortionist to see the materials cost or click into the individual building screen for a better view. And I’m using an iPad - I can only imagine how much more challenging it is for folks on a phone.

I think this game has a lot of potential for people who like this style of game and hope the developer takes some time to work out the kinks.
