Description
The Gables Residential App is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. With the Gables App you can now make monthly rent payments, submit maintenance requests, reserve amenities and more. This app is another extension of the Gables motto in “Taking Care of the Way You Live!”
Gables Residential Resident App features (options vary based on your community):
- Submit one-time rent payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track the progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the resident lounge, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few short clicks.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.
The Gables Residential Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your community as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your leasing office.

My experience has only been positive since I moved in. Jessi worked with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to not only make me feel welcome, but also at ease. I had a request for a maintenance and it was taken into account. she took care of it personally, She’s fantastic. one of the things I liked about the community is the cleanliness, the peace and everything is wonderful and beautiful in the neighborhood. This is what I was looking for from inside the apartment as well as from outside the neighborhood and I will recommend everyone to come and sign their lease here.
Maintenance Request
I’ve only been here since 8/1/20 and have been extremely annoyed with an A/C unit outside of my bedroom window. I have put in numerous requests and complaints about the constant loud noise day and night (interrupting my sleep and work during the day), only to be told the compressor needs to be replaced and it will take 6 weeks for the part to come in. I can understand a delay due to COVID (which seems to be an excuse for everything these days), but my frustration lies with the management office in not communicating with me. But here’s a thought....perhaps the part could have been replaced by one in a vacant unit (silly me)!! I had to send several e-mails, countless phone calls and appearances at the office. I would have appreciated someone reaching out to me, instead of me always inquiring about the status.
Overall, I like the complex, but not pleased with their communication skills. I have 11 months to go on my lease and if this is any indication of how my stay will be here, it won’t be a pleasant one.
Exceeding Realistic Expectations
Joi and Daisy have been terrific. Maintenance fixed everything incredibly quick after move-in. Long story short... Apartment is very pretty. Location is amazing. Management and maintenance have been fantastic. As far as safety goes... It’s pretty obvious that anywhere you live in Atlanta... you leave nothing in your car, fold your backseats down, leave your sunroof open, and park under a bright light. Otherwise you’ll have no windows. Actually looking forward to the pool in the summer as I’m sure it will be quite entertaining.
