We released Light Sleep Box to help people sleep with ease.
The Light Sleep Box app was created to help alleviate anxiety related to the waking routine by removing cues related to time and sound. Checking time in the middle of the night can trigger a stream of worries that perpetuates a sense of anxiety.
By gently brightening the phone’s lock screen at the appropriate time to wake, we can gently rise and start our morning.
With Light Sleep Box, you can sleep with ease. Wake with light.
