Pretty good I just wish there was more customization options

This app is really good and it does what it supposed to do. I just wish you could change the color of the widgets and how the home screen looks instead of green and is very end. I wish there was more fasting options like it goes all the way up to seven days like the standard popularized fasting app do

Clean but Unintuitive

For you to start and end fasting, you have to go to schedule for the fast and adjust the day and time. Instead of just being able to tap and start/end/log the fasting. There is a fine line between smart engineering and overengineering. This is over engineered and unpleasant to use.
