Beware-this program doesn’t work at all in 13.1.3 or higher

Download this app and watch it crash after you take the first step of entering your activation code. Restarting your phone, deleting and downloading the app again—none of it helps. Repeatedly, once you enter a code, the app will never open again. Activation code works more like a kill switch. Two people in our family are having this problem. Very disappointing after spending hundreds on compatible watches. We haven’t been able to get far enough to sync our watches to the app. No help links to be found. The web dashboard is also useless without the phone app—you can’t get data into it. Beware. Great concept, but this is 100% unusable.
