Description
MyAltaMed is a secure online way to access your health information. Choose when and how to manage your health—at home or on the go, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On MyAltaMed* you can:
- Schedule an appointment
- Message your health care team
- Request a medication refill
- View lab results
- View your After Visit Summary
- Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
Before using the MyAltaMed portal you must first request an activation code by:
- Submitting a request on MyAltaMed.net, or
- Calling (844) 498-3446, or
- Visiting a AltaMed clinic
Once you request your code it will be sent to you via text or email. For questions or help enrolling, call (844) 498-3446.
MyAltaMed protects your privacy. We encrypt every transaction and conversation you have with us so there is no risk of breach of privacy.

Its so nice that this app was created because I can check my test results immediately after one day or so, my obgyn apts as well I no longer need to write them in my calendar. Its so convenient for me.
Suggestion to the creator
Hello I am a parent both of my sons go to Altamed. It would be great if you could set up a parent tool to schedule appts or view RX or Referral letters for each son/kid. I usually have to call the Altamed call center and spend 30mins to 1 hour of wait time just to get this info or a new appt. It would be great if it was just 1 click away. As a busy parent of 2 toddlers. Or just as a parent in general this would help us GREATLY.
Extremely Useful
Altamed’s is a very busy clinic and it’s very useful to be able to pull up my own records and labs as well as request an appointment online versus waiting in the phone. Love using the app
