Great app, worked perfectly & instantly

Was in a pinch getting food delivered from a Philly restaurant that only does pickups.

Took a chance on this app, not familiar with it. It worked perfectly and instantly (unlike TaskRabbit quotes for help no sooner than 3 hours). Food was picked up within 10 minutes of me placing the order. Was in contact with the courier. Price was absolutely fair.

Will definitely use again in similar scenarios.

Overcharged and item missing.

Update: HyperFlyer do not take responsibility for the delivery. It’s a third party, in my case, DoorDash Drive. I am now getting the runaround from them. Lost package, no one can get in touch with the driver. Don’t take the risk, trust me, it’s not worth it.

I received an email regarding my review. They are more concerned about the overcharge rather than the missing item. USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. No support contact number, and after 2 emails to their contact email, NO REPLIES. My original review: “They over charged my card 3 times. The order was $22, and they charged over $86 via other 3 separate charges. They also confirmed my item was picked up and delivered. Item was never delivered. Customer support is nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this service. I will update this review, once they contact me. So far, nothing.”

The app's payment system is designed to prevent any such issues. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the charges for the delivery. We suggest reviewing your credit card statement later to verify if the incorrect information has been corrected.

No customer service

Was really excited about Hyperflyer because of how much the other services take from restaurants. Soo disappointed in my experience with them. Ordered food to be picked up and delivered to a friend at a specific time. The restaurant then called and said the delivery person arrived too early so they sent them away to come back later. However, on the app, it was showing that the delivery was en route and the completed. The items were never delivered and no one ever went back to the restaurant to get the items. So I was out the cost of the food and the delivery cost.

Contacted Hyperflyer support (no response). Emailed twice (no response). So disappointed. And they owe me money.
