Wow! An amazing re-working of this app
I use this app DAILY and over the past few months they’ve been doing a complete over haul of it.
Things got worse
But then they got WAY better! So many useful features and here’s my favorite: ya know how when you’re depositing a check through the app and if you lay the check down your shadow covers half of it, if you hold it up your fingers are in it and you can’t press the camera button with the other gacy while holding the camera Grrrrr!
Well these dudes went and put a button that turns your flash on so you can get a clean clear shot of your check laying anywhere you like.

Thought it was just me but see others are having the same issue. It doesn’t allow me to log in most of the time. I was constantly changing my password because it would say “incorrect password” all of the time and at first I thought I really was forgetting my current password but noticed this last time that even immediately after changing my password and going back to the app to log back in it still said “incorrect password” so then it wasn’t me! Also , I have Face ID to log in so I don’t have to constantly type my password in and that just doesn’t work anymore (it used to work PERFECTLY fine) even though the “remember me” has been on and never turned off it just randomly stopped letting me log in with Face ID and won’t save my current password. The app is just constantly crashing and constantly popping up “error”. It used to be so easy with the mobile app and so convenient now I just hate dealing with it because it’s such a hassle just to check your balance!
I tried to use the mobile deposit feature a couple days after this new app was released and it was almost impossible to do with how many bugs it had. Two weeks later I tried again and most of the problems I experienced the fist time were gone. I’m leaving this review directly after my third time depositing a check. It took about 15 seconds from the time I opened the app to the message telling me that my check head been successfully deposited. On the old app it would’ve taken me about 1 to 2 minutes because of loading times. I highly recommend this app.
