Doesn’t connect, computer works fine
I had an important vet appointment. I logged in, paid for the visit, and after I entered the “waiting room,” and the doctor approved the connection, the app did nothing. Then it crashed. I ended up using my computer. (I used the app on the newest iPad Pro.)
