Apple Pay —-> 100%
Can’t use Apple Pay to add funds to a card. I just wanted to add $40 to card using the Add Funds button. Only can use Apple Pay for weekly, monthly, etc. passes. Please fully integrate Apple Pay please. (This is better for you too, as you don’t keep card numbers, which can be a security mess). Express Transit Card capability. Add this feature so we can just tap our phone and get right on the ride. Many other cities have this—NYC and London are two that come to mind. Thank you!!!
Apple Pay is now completely broken
Apple Pay is my preferred way of paying for things. Both privacy and convenience are better that way. The past two weeks I have been unable to use it on this app. If they patch Apple Pay I will bump to 4 stars instead of 2.
Terrible
This app is an embarrassment. First of all, why do we even need an app for this when you can do this directly from Apple Wallet in every other city?
Second of all, the first thing at the top of the screen is a big disclaimer warning you that bus drivers will pass you by if you’re looking at your phone. This happened to me yesterday because I looked down to activate my ticket in this garbage app while standing directly under the bus stop sign.
Either get your drivers in order or get rid of this worthless app that every other city has already proven to be unnecessary.
