Description
Spherium is designed to easily view and share 360 degree images saved in your Photo Library.
Spherium supports viewing equirectangular 360 images, and is designed to handle images from a minimum resolution of 1000 x 2000 pixels; allowing you to view panoramas images 4k, 8k, 10k, or even 16k and above in resolution.
While viewing a photo in Spherium you can share the entire 360 photo, or take snapshots of portions of the image for sharing.
Spherium will automatically attempt to find the 360 equirectangular images saved in your photo library from 360 cameras, drones, other apps, the web or anywhere else you have saved them from. If Spherium incorrectly identifies an image as a 360 you can manually exclude it from appearing in Spherium.

Ratings and Reviews
Nice but limited
The best way I’ve found to look at 360 photos taken with my Insta360 X4. It is very basic, though. It hasn’t been updated in a year, so I guess there won’t be any improvements coming…
Great app…I’d love more features
Spherium is an excellent option for viewing panoramic images from the iOS Photos app. It provides the option to share the entire image or a select section (a snapshot) via an iOS share sheet. It does exactly what it promises with a simple, elegant interface.
The app could be made even more useful (to me, at least) by adding the ability to search for specific images using titles, keywords, locations, or dates. In my library, it’s tough to differentiate among the many aerial images shown through the interface. Short of that, the inclusion of more information fields (title, keywords, caption) on the info page could help to identify images. Even the option to show larger thumbnails would help.
Despite my specific use case desires, Spherium remains the best 360 panorama viewer I have found for the iPhone and iPad.
So, so close.
This does better than the other 360 photo viewers available, except for one very major problem: it doesn't recognize all of them, and doesn't let me import any that it doesn't auto-detect. In particular, it tends to skip over shots of fictional environments, ones manually put through photo stitching software, or ones that went through Photoshop in some way. I can only view shots taken through Google Street View. If this were to be fixed, I would change my rating to five stars in an instant, but right now it's too much of a shortcoming to overlook.
