Premature
I bought the European version of eSim based on add claiming that they have customer support in English, I called the number provided to me in a txt(in Portuguese), they don’t speak any English. The app is all in Portuguese and no English information is available. The service may be working- it connected me to T-Mobile in the USA, and a local provider in England, every time country changes I receive a txt in Portuguese and have to guess what they telling me. My battery effectively draining at 10 times normal rate while on this eSim. So far everything is unclear. Get yourself another service, I am getting my wife a different service. It is frustrating to not know what you have or have not.

Hello Ardelway, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry that it is not positive. Although our App is only in Portuguese, our team speaks English in the chat and we are available 24x7. Regarding the issue of SMS, we will take into account your suggestion that we send messages in English to make it easier for people who do not speak Portuguese to understand.
Useless
If you have any issues while traveling (which I did) you’re out of luck. As the other review said, nothing is in English and terrible support. Don’t risk it.
