I love this platform!
I joined HIIT+ shortly after its release and I am so happy with the variety and content of the workouts! My favorite workouts are the 6-8 minute Rise & Shine flexibility/mobility workouts. There’s a new one posted every day and I try to do those every morning. So many fitness coaches swear by dynamic warm-ups and dynamic exercises to increase mobility, but it’s hard to actually find good dynamic exercises/videos in the online fitness universe. Austin, a one-man team, provides a new one EVERY DAY. This app is also much easier to use than the web platform, and I am so happy that I can save videos and view them offline for those occasional times I’m traveling and without internet! I can say enough good things about HIIT+, just give it a try for yourself and you’ll understand!
JustRow is Just Right!
JustRow is the most all encompassing be fit program I have ever found! I’m excited to do the daily mobility workouts! They’re quick and extremely effective. The options of available workouts is phenomenal ... and new content is continually being added! Everything is right there! Wether I’m looking to get a great high intensity rowing workout, a recovery row, dynamic or static stretch work, pause drills to keep my form correct, Austin brings insight, reason and understanding to a body’s abilities and he has had a unique ability to show me that, at age 62, I’m capable of far more than I ever thought!
Fantastic Workout App for Rowers
I started rowing on a machine in late February. After completing Austin Hendrickson’s 4 and and 8 week Row the Fat Off written programs, I was so impressed by the results that I signed up for Just Row. This app presents 8 series of progressive rowing exercises that are designed to build endurance, strength, and good rowing form. In addition, the app includes many videos of non-rowing exercises, such as stretching, dumbbell, and body weight training. Austin’s teaching style is clear, direct, and fun. I highly recommend this app.
