I really like the app. The in-app timer is great, you can pause mid workout, stop it, leave the workout and come back if you need to. It previews the next workout during the rest period which is really helpful. And each workout has a demo video you can watch during the workout, so if you’re like me and forget the workout, it’s right there to watch.
I’ve worked with Adam for a while now and it’s easy to see his dedication to this and easy to see the benefits of his program. And it’s only going to get better. So, why wait, now is a great time to get...Up and Adam. Get it? Dad joke. #notadad

I’m hot. Like literally because of all the sweating. But I do love how I look these days! I’m in the best shape of my life and I’ve been doing the program for about 12 weeks.
