Can’t report power outage?

I signed up for this app mainly to be able to report power outages. Unfortunately, you can’t report power outages through this app. Nor can you see the power outage map. Come on, LCUB! You can do better than this. The 3 stars are for the payment portion of the app. I love that you can see the history of your bills. Now I no longer need to keep my paper statements. I might even switch to paperless and save a few trees.

Email validation error. Not able to sign up.

I was going to sign up. Was excited about the app since I will stop paying at the office. But app throwing me an error about not valid email even though it’s my valid email. Your IT department skipped such a huge bug! Can you please fix it so I can sign up.

I can’t sign up

I can’t even sign up as the app can’t find my account number that is on my recent pay bill.
