Description

It will take more than a series of moments to achieve racial equality in America and beyond. BLM Digest is the 21st century tool this 400-year-old problem needs. It is the first and only platform that personalizes an individual’s efforts to support the Black Lives Matter movement. By consolidating up-to-date resources, providing routes to take action, and highlighting Black-owned businesses and independents, BLM Digest is that app that helps organize and facilitate social change. Together, we can learn more, take more action, and support more Black-owned businesses each and every day.

PULLED OVER BY THE COPS. IGNORANCE FROM MY FACEBOOK

PULLED OVER BY COPS. HOW DUMB AM I?
I thought about the post below, and was gonna take it down. It’s NOT right. But I will leave it up because it seems to validate something I believe in very much. And that is Black Lives Matter. If I were black, driving on back country roads in white town USA, do you think I would be let off for traffic violations 10 times in a row? NO! Maybe I would be told like my friend, the cops computer in his car “wasn’t working”, so he HAD to take him in to jail in another town even, just for a rolling stop. Spread Eagle on the road, handcuffed, & physically taken to jail for a rolling stop! The injustice is real. Do you see why people take a knee? It’s not that they are down on America. People of color have fought in every war we have ever had. Often with rag tag equipment too. They are patriotic & love this country. But police stops are not equal. I could be dead by now if I was black. I am embarrassed, & sickened by my white privilege. I have taken it for granted, bragged, and expected it. I have been so ignorant. I am so, so sorry. Especially to my grandaughter.

I’m the first to admit I got a lead foot. Just got stopped doing 74 in a 55. The weird thing is, I have been keeping track since the 4th of July 3 years ago. It is now the 10th time I have been pulled over in a row with just a warning. No $150 ticket. This is weird. 🏎🚔🚖🚓

This is the best app ever

I can’t believe that this app hasn’t existed before it is literally perfect and exactly what is needed for this movement. A 21st century tool for a 400+ year problem is brilliant like sheesh the marketing for this is 🙌🏿🙌🏿 the marketplace for black owned businesses is incredible and I love how easy it is to take action! No more excuses let’s get this done! I also love how every user can upload resources to the app. That makes it so useful for real time mobilization
