Easy practices that work!!

So far, what I’ve enjoyed about this company is how their products— and now their app —work together to make meaningful changes in habits and health.

Solid app

The Protekt app is solid, has good conrnectivoty to my apply watch and keeps me moving. I love being able to schedule workouts from the watch.

Great Coaching

Really love the coaching in this app. Workouts are varied and I can do a long workout a quick blast or just track my time with the family.
