Infinity a Kemper Company 4+

for as long as I have had infinity, the app has given me very many issues when trying to navigate. Between logging me out at random and constantly freezing. It is becoming to be extremely frustrating. Do you have any plans to have the app fixed at all? It is inconvenient to have to re-submit info on the web when the app crashes. Again, this is an ongoing issue and I have spoken to reps multiple times about it. I was using this app because the other one was also no good.
Is the app going to be updated or fixed at all??

Hello, thank you for all the new changes on the app, I really like it. I do have the following issues:
My policy was renewed and for some reason the company changed the policy number and I had to create a new account in the app. It should allow you to add the new policy or do it for you automatically. Also, creating the new account, the page will not allow me to go and get the information needed to fill out the form, I had to write down all the information in order to create a new account. If I needed to pause and try to go in another page to get some information, when I got back to complete the form, everything was gone. I had to restart from the beginning. Very frustrating

Both this application and the online app have a broken login system for creating a new account.

When creating an account, security questions do not drop down from the drop down menu. This causes the app to never leave the account creation process because you have no options to choose to move on to the next step.

This is an easy fix and frankly an irresponsible oversight. Since I am unable to see any other part of the application to give it an honest review, my rating of this app will remain the lowest possible score.
