慧崇左APP是专为崇左市居民打造的数字城市公共服务平台移动应用，一期上线目前实现四个大类：统一缴费、城市管理、办事服务、民生服务，共计五十余项服务，有效提高政府服务的质量和效率，大幅提升市民生活的便利性，提高崇左市民城市生活品质。
【统一缴费】：统筹建设崇左市统一缴费服务平台 ，推进统一缴费在医疗、教育、旅游、交通等民生领域的应用普及。
【城市管理】：城市管理实现崇左全域网格化集中统一管理平台，以网格化管理、惠民服务为方向，建立以信息资源数据为核心的全科网格化管理平台。
【办事服务】：通过一部手机实现“一网通办”，让数据多跑路，让市民少跑腿，真正实现方便市民办事“指尖上的便民工程”。
【民生服务】：“民生服务”板块为市民提供预约挂号、在线问诊、药店购药、检查报告、便民热线、酒店住宿、天气等民生服务，实现生活信息一键查询，天气情况提前可知。
