Welcome to Xoonio helper!
Xoonio enables help providing users in consumer tech to mutually connect to a global crowd of help seekers to get relevant purchase information, guide in product onboarding or help for resolving service issues.
-STEP 1: Open the app and register
For the registration, please enter a valid email address and chose a secure password of at least 8 characters. After entering your credentials, you are redirected to your profile. There you can enter additional information, but most importantly, you can define your skills that are matched with help seeking requests.
-STEP 2: Mark yourself available
Press the icon in the center of the screen and activate the pulse. Be aware that you can put the app into the background and still stay active. You will be notified if any seeker sends a connection request. COMING SOON: Choose the role you would like to be available for. -STEP 3: Accept a connection request
When a seeker sends a connection request, the xoonio messenger window opens and you can see details of the seeker such as Name and the product/issue you are going to talk about. Press the red phone to deny the request or press the blue phone icon or the pulse to accept the connection request. It takes up to 2 seconds to establish the connection to the seeker.
-STEP 4: Start to communicate
After the session is established, voice communication is already possible, so please start to address the seeker. Make him feel comfortable to start the video.
-STEP 5: Talk about seeker’s products and issues
The app offers rich communication features:
Talk to your people live like on the phone about the product you are both looking at.
Place labels on snapshots of your products and download information for offline use.
Draw with your fingers on screen, set arrows, warning signs or number process steps.
Express your feelings during a help session with emojis to show empathy or keep motivation high.
Create snapshots for a hands-free approach and to download them to your smartphone.

Share your screen to explain apps or settings at the phone of your connected friends.

Display products that are not physically present and discuss them live on your smartphone.
Scan product codes to transfer information the fastest way.
-STEP 6: End the call
After you have delivered the needed information to your helper it is time to say goodbye. Press the hang-up phone icon at top left and press “OK” to confirm your choice.
-STEP 7: Rate your seeker and write a succinct review
Use your fingers to hover over the stars to award your seeker between 1 star (not so good) and 5 stars (very good). Write reviews to tell us and your helper/seeker how you perceived the help session. Be honest but follow our xooniquette to respect other’s privacy, avoiding offensive comments. Reviews should be not shorter than 5 and not longer than 20 words.

After you have completed a successful help session, you are entitled to purchase one of our special discounted tech products.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
