I really like this game! So much that I paid to upgrade to no adds. Having no adds is not always a plus though, you have to get creative to add up points to upgrade your powers, rather than watch an add for an upgrade. You have to be pretty patient and repetitive. Because of this, I have a few issues with this game. First: I takes forever for a new world to come out! So I go back and play the previous worlds again... and again.. The annoying thing about starting at the beginning of a previous level is you do not get to keep the power levels that you built while being patient through out the other worlds. I do not think that is right. Second, you have a new feature that will not stay running since it came out. As soon as you start pulling back on the car the app shuts down. When you reopen the game it starts over, and shows that you played the new feature and took a gem for doing it. Please fix this! For a game I ended up paying for this is extremely annoying.

It’s a fun game, and you are duped into thinking there is skill involved (there may be some, but anyone can beat this game if they like watching ads) but you learn quickly as you progress that you have to watch a BOATLOAD of ads to buy enough slingshot upgrades to get to the next level. You can actually earn points if you don’t watch ads, but you don’t earn enough points to finish a world for about 2 months that way, unless you play 19 hours a day straight for several days. I even buy other upgrades so I get more points for watching ads, but I STILL have to watch a BOATLOAD of ads. I am world 2, level 10. The first pass I came within about 80 ft of the goal. So I got 5 more slingshot upgrades, and still the same result. So I amassed enough points (from watching ads) to buy 25 slingshot upgrades all at once. STILL only 80 ft from goal. So this game is set up with the developer knowing EXACTLY how many upgrades you will need to buy to see any real progress. It’s a RIDICULOUS number, and takes FOREVER watching enough ads to get points to purchase upgrades. Even if you pay the fee to have ads removed, you will STILL have to watch ads to amass points. I won’t purchase points, so I’m ok with watching a lot of ads, but not THAT many. It’s a really cool game concept, and always look forward to seeing the next level, so I obediently watch a BOATLOAD of ads to get there. I actually finally got to the last level and restarted from world 1 again. Can’t wait to watch all those ads again. I am truly a glutton for BOATLOADS of ads. I would give 5 stars, but too many ads.

I really enjoyed this game and even paid to get rid of the ads because it was worth it to me. The concept is different and thank goodness has nothing to do with the match 3 obsession with so many games lately. But I’m stuck on level 7-2. I have spent many hours of frustration because of inconsistent physics. I stretch back to 85% and it lands directly next to the button. So I stretch back to 85% again and adjust my aim slightly, but now it goes WAY beyond the button even over the railing behind the button! How does that make sense?? Worse yet, I HIT the button (finally) but it didn’t activate it! I also rolled over the button and it didn’t activate it. It seems impossible to pass this level. If it’s possible to pass it at all, it seems to take pure luck, not learning and adjusting from previous attempts which is what was originally attractive about the game. So it seems I can no longer play and I’m disappointed. Besides fixing the physics, it would be good to give some option to help when you’re completely stuck, like a hint, or pay coins to skip, or pay coins to make the button a bigger target, or whatever else gives some other option besides no longer being able to continue at all.

Ads: Even after paying for no ads, the app still occasionally advertises other apps made by this developer in a box in the bottom right corner of the screen. If I pay for no ads, I expect NO ads, not just seeing YOUR ads. After contacting the developer about this, they said in a Zendesk email reply “In the window you mentioned you can see the ads of our other games, we decided to leave this so players can see and check them out.” Nothing in their current TOS says they will do this, that would be fraud...Physics and collision: Absolutely terrible. You can go in a perfectly straight line in flat terrain and still get knocked off to a hard left or right without hitting anything. It’s awful. On world 2 you get this new fun dynamic where if you hit a ramp too fast, your car clips on the ramp and you come to a complete stop with the front of your car stuck in the ramp at a 90 degree angle. The “Engine” upgrade: No matter how much you upgrade this, there is no change to speed, control or distance you get from your vehicle. At the time of writing seems completely pointless unless we’re all missing something here. Would love to hear what the devs have to say and what kind of “update” we’ll get next.
