No matter what you struggle with–anxiety, depression, just being your best self–there is a set of things you can do most days to improve your life.

Inspired by frameworks for behavior change used for treatment of addiction, Most Days is a life improvement platform, a be your best self social network, a habit tracking app where people come together to support one another in life transformation.

The most days process has four steps:

1. Create or join a routine–a set of habits. Most Days has a library of routines authored by psychologists and neuroscientists from Stanford, Berkeley, and UCLA for everything from anxiety and depression to sleep and general wellness. You can also create your own.

2. Check in each day to hold yourself accountable by marking “yes” or “not today” to the habits in your routine. You can also add an Accountability Partner and schedule a daily reminder.

3. Share your progress for social accountability and positive support. You can also stay in “single player mode” or limit who can see your posts.

4. Track your progress over time with analytics.

The life you want is within your reach. The best way to improve your life is by making small changes, most days, one day at a time.

ADHD Godsend

My ADHD makes me struggle to wrap my head around all the things I need to do when I wake up, before bed, or even through the day. So this app has been a godsend to help remind me of those things but also take the pressure off of myself for once. I open the app a couple of times in the morning to look at my morning routine to see if there’s anything I forgot. Same at night, etc. It’s helped me stick to my goals and remove some anxiety.

I also love the pre-made routines. Has some brilliant ideas we can integrate into our own routines.

I love that there’s no ads or “pro” version. simple and efficient. Can add an accountability partner also.

I love that we can choose to engage with this huge community of like-minded people who are also working on themselves, or we can choose to make our information and routines private if that’s what we prefer. Seeing others be vulnerable about what they’re also facing helps us realize we’re not alone in these feelings.

This app is just great.

Started good…

I loved this app the first week or two I was using it. Then I fell into a very deep depression and stopped using it the last two weeks. I’m trying to get back on my feet, so I decided to open it and see if I could get notifications reminding me to check in. They were on. I started blaming my phone, but no they’re all allowed there. I’ve never gotten a notification from this app. I decided to try and use it anyway, knowing that using it would require having executive function that I hoped the app would help give me, and I tried multiple times to add a new routine for dealing with depression. It kept adding the daily routine instead. Over and over again. I closed and restarted the app. Still won’t let me add a routine.

‼️TOTALLY FREE‼️ Why this app hasn’t blown up yet I’ll never understand! I struggle with severe depression and anxiety, and forming a routine and actually having the motivation to do it every day is one of my biggest obstacles. Within only 4 days of using this app I’m more productive, optimistic, and already feel like i have a great group of supporters cheering me on (even the CEO, thanks Brent!). My boyfriend and my grandma both joined as my accountability partners, and they love it too! This app has brought us closer together and we feel ready to take on each day as it comes!
