The Angeleno Connect MoCaFi Account provides mobile banking, credit building, local merchant discounts, and financial empowerment for LA residents.
NO COST OPTIONS TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW FUNDS
Fund your account with early direct deposit, account transfer, cash at VanillaDirect Load™ retailers, or approved checks through Ingo™ Money.
Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Fraud prevention may delay the availability of funds with or without notice. Early availability of funds requires payor’s support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instructions.
The Ingo Money service is provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage. Is this a scam?
With the amount of problems I’ve been having activating this account/using the app/getting in contact with support, I’m beginning to fear it’s a scam. The lack of responses from technical support and the one answered phone call to the (800) number that sounded as if it were answered from a car with the window down has me thinking this is not legit.
Got scammed and they didn’t care
I recently caught an unauthorized transaction for 150$ and disputed the transaction just for them to close my case and tell me there was a “lack of information”. I followed through with all the steps and they simply decided it was not worthy to refund me back. The 100$ is NOT worth it DO NOT USE THIS BANK. IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE.
extremely buggy
app is extremely buggy. I’m trying to move money and connected a bank account and every time I try to move money, it says I can’t and that I need to connect an account. When I tap that, it says the bank account is connected but won’t let me send money
