Annette & Haneef ,

We did it! We finished the four week shred!

Ok, so we’re not shredded (yet), but we did it! Oh man, it was more fun than I had thought, and when we were “off,” I missed working out. So next week we may either start again from the beginning or switch to the program for the lower body/upper body.
For those of you who are out of shape as we were, here’s what we learnt: just do it!!! You’ll be huffing’ and puffin’ in the beginning, but it’ll get easier - and more fun! After a week I could lift my legs, do the plank and do push ups!!!! Heyyy!!!😁

We’re going to incorporate hand weights in our off days and just keep at it. Yup, we lost some weight, and we can start seeing the difference in our bodies, it’s tighter and I can pull in my stomach ... yo, we weren’t THAT badly out of shape, but we knew we needed to do something.

A little tip for Alex: when you go from bicycles to plank, for example (that is from lying on your back to then being on your hands), give us time to turn around!!!!! Just calculate a few seconds more so that we sweaty, struggling soldiers get into the proper position before you do the next exercise.
That’d be great.
Other than that: good job, it’s challenging but doable, even for weaklings like us!

mom on a mission to fitness ,

I like the app but there is definitely room for improvement.

I downloaded this app the week it came out and I was absolutely in love with this app. The app offered everything I was looking for plus more. I was more than happy to pay for the app because it was more than worth the cost, however the content is no where near as consistent as it once was. There hasn’t been new skin care videos in months. The 30 day leg and arm challenge seems to hv been forgotten about along with the cooking videos. I would recommend this app to any and everyone but, only if the app begins to upload new videos in each category on a more consistent bases and finishes the 30 day leg and arm challenge videos. The Almost Home business is one I hope to continue to support because it has a great cause that is attached to it. My hopes is that the makers will get bk on track and continue to deliver great content. I’m rooting for them but keeping it honest at the same time.

Ty DuVal ,

Yes yes yes!

I found almost home by following Cassie and KJ last year. Getting Cassie’s program was the first workout program I consistently followed and looked forward to working out. When the app was announced I couldn’t be happier. I love being able to follow along with the workouts in the videos and the mediation is amazing. I can’t wait to see more videos . This app is everything!
