We have most of our Congregation using the app on every level. It has simplified the scheduling of incoming and outgoing speakers. It is very easy to schedule the Chairman & WT Reader. It takes a little time to input the friends & all the speakers in the circuit, but it’s worth it. For the most part once you are in the system it is very easy to navigate. What the friends don’t understand that there is a side of the system they will never see or operate. Only the Brothers that are assigned. If something is not working the Brother assigned might need to make a few simple adjustments here or there. I just starting encouraging ones to use the away settings so we there is no scheduling conflicts when on vacation . I hope in the future to see the send and receive function be automatic and not have to manually do it. All good things are worth waiting on. Once again you have made our work load lighter. It’s going to allow the Brothers to focus on more important spiritual matters.

This app is made with relatability, thought, simplicity and lots of love. All the tools we need are there, it has helped me remember when I have duties, assignments, keeping up with my service time. It is literally so great! I can’t tell you all the times I struggled to turn in my service time in that little piece of paper, or even to just type it out into a message to send to my FSGO. With this app, it’s all ready with 3 simple clicks. But there’s so many more features I simply love. Once again, thanks dear brothers. I can’t imagine how many hours of your time you have devoted to creating this.

Our congregation loves this app and all the work you have done to help brother and sister all over. It make keeping track of your duties, assignments and turning in your field service so simple. I did have one suggestion though. Is it possible to make Saturday duties separate from Sunday duties? Our elders schedule the same brother to do duties for both days because I guess the app automatically assigns for Sundays, but not for Saturdays. So to simplify whoever has Sunday duties is automatically assigned for Saturday service host and conductor duties. Is there anyway to add a feature where duties are automatically assigned for Saturday as well?? If we could have two separate brothers doing Saturday and Sunday duties it would definitely lighten the load.
