Atos BJJ On Demand 4+

The app is feat! I do however, prefer to use it on my laptop as i can see more things at one time. The techniques and details are amazing. I can find almost any type of technique, taught by a number of different instructors so the different perspective on each technique is helpful.
I like watching longer videos-which you guys do provide. I am not as fond of 1-2 minute videos.
With all the amazing content, I do however, wish the organization was a little easier to navigate. For example, it is sometimes difficult to find the different courses like beginner, intermediate, or advanced when there is lots of activity going on in the homepage.
Otherwise, the content is great and I love the app!

ATOS on Demand is awesome. From techniques to sparring to courses to their VLOG series this app has everything. Technique videos are available on many topics and are taught by so many great BJJ practitioners and world champions like Professor Galvao. The technique videos are very detailed and not only show the movements/positions but common responses you may encounter. Videos and courses are available for all age groups and experience levels. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who trains, or is thinking about training, BJJ. When I have asked questions on techniques they always respond promptly. Keep up the great work. OSS.

There are many online resources to help with jiujitsu but sometimes it’s difficult to find one that complements my abilities and gym schedule. This resource has been perfect for me. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The video content is relevant for all ages and experience levels. I’ve been drilling with my son at home, following the instructionals, and it’s been truly helping me on the mats at the gym. It’s not just the high level, detailed instruction. I’ve found a way to spend more time with my son and share a love for jiujitsu.. Highly recommend for everyone!!
