App doesn’t work
Between my girlfriend and I, we tried using an American passport, an Israeli passport, an Israeli ID, and a local phone number. Nothing worked. The app consistently scanned 100% of the ID and then returned an error. I contacted customer support and have not heard back yet. The bikes are un-rentable. Judging by this app’s reviews and the reviews of its partner app in Jerusalem this is a problem that’s been around for some time without any change. I guess no one is using these bikes anywhere? What’s the point? Is it a con?

Why did you stop using credit card at the stations while the app don’t work? Such a shame so many bikes stand at the stations and no one can use it .. I live in California and counted on riding TLV bikes and ended up borrowing a family member bine instead…

Horrible service and program
It doesn’t work. The app required ID upload but the App would not allow for the ID in any of the three forms to be uploaded. Failed service . Do not recommend .
