WallCal Calendar on wallpaper 4+

I purchased this within minutes of first opening your app. It is fantastic tool that I use every time I'm on my Mac (which is a lot). There were a few things that I would love to see in a future release.

The option to put the date inside of the square in the big calendar (right panel). This will help identify events more easily at a glance.

An option to control the transparency of the color of All-Day events in the right panel

This one is wishful thinking: Option to vertically display Last Month, This Month, Next Month, and The Month after Next in the left panel with the ability to fade the mini-Months out of view and bring the To-do-list into view via a shortcut key combo. Tripple click on the one of the mini-Months in the left panel would make the big calendar in the right panel reflect the mini-Month that was clicked.

I liked the concept upon first install; but it looked horrible visually. So I paid the fee to unlock the customization option, but only to be disappointed.

Frankly its not work $12 in the current state. The is basically no customization options other than changing the Bg color behind the weekdays vs weekend rows/columns.

No option to remove the horrible outlines around the dates, or adjust thier thickness, color, or anything. No option to adjust the text/font color, size, etc. No option to remove the To-do list or substitue it for something more useful like a daily overview of events. No options to remove the horrible bold style on the top left calendar. There is no option to adjust tile gaps either.. the Bg color options just add a large box behind the area, instead of letting you set the space with the events to a different color than the row with the dates..

When you delete a reminder from a to-do list, the one on WallCal is broken, and only dims it out doesn't actually delete it. So I have my "Reminders" list overlayed on top of a "Shopping" list that I deleted.

Why not seperate the left panel from the main calendar, so they can be positioned seperatly.

Some of these reviews seem a bit sketch after actually using the app, and paying to unlock a few useless features..

Hopefully this app updates to include some of the functions I mentioned before, but until then I'll just be uninstalling it.

I used the Blotter app for years, but it hasn't kept up with the newest macOS versions. I tried WallCal as a replacement and purchased it the first day. There were a couple quirks and some things I couldn't figure out, but the developers got back super quick with a couple fixes and explanations on how to do what I wanted. I can only see this app getting better over time...(so I left room for an extra star!)
