Price increase very disappointing

I was an active user of the previous app but the new increased prices make mid sized journeys (30-45mins) about twice as expensive. At that point i’ll just walk or drive instead. The UX remains as poor as before which wouldn’t bother me if the economics made sense. Hope you reconsider your pricing - I don’t mind a €1 minimum charge per trip but don’t tack that on in addition to the per minute charge. Just use the per minute charge and if it adds up to less than €1, then it costs €1.

bike location largely misrepresented

I’M SWITCHING TO DUBLIN CITY BIKES b/c 1) more than half of the time i try to unlock a bike i can’t find it on the map, because it’s somewhere else according to the app 2) the UX of needing to find the bike to unlock in the app is TERRIBLE in the first place. How about reverting to QR codes again. It was a robust and simple system 3) a lot of bikes in my area are simply not working, no matter updated or not
