I’m usually pretty meh about watch faces, but BetterWatch has me Straight up obsessing over my Apple Watch in the best way.
The designs are just so stylish and pretty, ya know? We’re talking crisp, clear graphics that make even the basic activity stuff like steps and heart rate look sleek. I get compliments on my watch face all the time now.
And being able to customize everything to match my mood or outfit is clutch. With just a couple taps I can have a new face for work, the gym or girls' night out - all synced from my phone seamlessly.
The best part? I can splatter all my essential data in one killer watch face view - calendar, weather, activity - it’s all there when I glance to check the time! No more flipping through apps endlessly.

Pestering for a review

Answer to developer. I have selected my watch series, my phone and watch are up to date. I have deleted your app and downloaded it again, turned off my watch and my phone after waiting the suggested 10 minutes to download the new face. I have deleted the inoperable watch face and downloaded again and again. It isn’t all the faces, just the ones that look great on your IG and FB ads. Just the ones I want! There are far too many people complaining about the same thing. You have a problem and you know it. I will not be wasting my time with your support team. I think contacting the App store is a better use of my time.

Since you keep pestering me for a review here it is. I am not impressed. About half the available watch faces actually work. I have a series 9 and most of the Compilations I want don’t work. I have tried all your tips, double checked my settings and deleted and downloaded again over and over. I am also disappointed that no one seemed to care that both the Gingerbread Man and the Snowman have a horizontal line running through them? I believe this app has some promise but for now the free portion seems to be the most productive.

Cute faces but needs work

I absolutely loved all the watch faces to choose from, and I got my watch all set up with one quickly. I was happy with it… at first. It wasn’t long before I realised that it was causing my battery to drain incredibly fast. My watch can’t even last one day while using one of these faces. I have also noticed now that the face doesn’t update unless I click something on the screen and then go back. For example, today it is 6/17 but my watch face showed 6/16 all day until just now, at 6:39pm, when I clicked on the screen to go to a different page and then went back. It also does this with my steps taken/calories burned and any other activity information… doesn’t update until I manually refresh the face but clicking something like the battery percentage, or your steps counter… something on the watch face. I’ve used my watch today to answer calls and messages but that doesn’t refresh it. It has to be an interaction with the watch face itself. So as much as I love the look of it, it’s just not working for me anymore as it’s inconvenient. If they fix these issues then I’d gladly come back, but at this point I’m bummed I spent money on the app.
