Cheap attempt to cash in
This is a very obvious Vampire Survivor clone, but despite the clean interface and 3D graphics, it’s lacking in content. They also didn’t bother completely translating all of the text, which is pretty important for this genre of game.
There are no healing items on the first map, so it’s pretty easy to die, especially when you have no idea what items do or even if what you’re picking is an active or passive ability. The abilities I did happen to encounter were fairly underwhelming and didn’t seem to complement each other very well, with a few exceptions. There are also only 4 characters, and who knows what can be unlocked, because all of that is untranslated, too.
I don’t feel right rating this higher than 2 stars because it’s clear to me that they skipped fleshing out the game and even stopped translating about 15% of the way through and just released it when it wasn’t complete. It really makes me wonder how games like this make it through Apple’s App Store approval process.
Needs English translation
Seems like it’s an ok game but not having any idea what the upgrade choices do because about 1 in 10 words is in English makes me not want to play. Back to VS until this gets proper translation into English.
