Love this , soothing voice 💖💖💖

I love this for many reasons. I suffer from anxiety too . Sleep is tough for me. I use it for obvious reasons but when i wake up in the middle of the night and my head starts racing and i can’t shut my crazy thoughts off..... i turn this on !!!! Her voice is sooooooo incredibly soothing . The only thing i wish???? I wish it were longer than 40 min or you could set it to repeat ?!

So relaxing

Wow so soothing and relaxing. I work with the public 6 days a week and find it very hard to fall asleep at night (STRESSED OUT) I played the good night sleep meditation and peacefully went to sleep in about 10 minutes.

Best hypno voice for me so far

I agree, she reminds me of Mrs Hughes from Downton Abbey! I've listened to several hypnosis lose weight apps and I keep coming back to this one because I feel most relaxed listening to her voice.
Recently though, the app won't allow me to go to settings to adjust for waking or sleeping. Also, a couple times during the program, there are some distracting background noises.
Oh, and I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks!
