Description
The Posten app makes it easy to track, order home delivery and pick up your packages. You can also send packages in the app, and pick up packages in pakkeboks.
When you register with your phone number and e-mail we’ll find your packages automatically. You can also add packages manually. We’ll send you updates about the packages, and tell you when and where to pick it up.
The app is built around customer feedback, and we update the app continuously. If you’ve got suggestions for improvements or find errors in the app, you can contact us through the feedback function.
In the Posten app you can:

Feedback
The app is simple and easy to use, it shows the package status and lets me know when the packages could be picked up.
What I can’t understand why sometimes I get these paper notices for the packages that were already picked up. This happened more than 5 times this year. I spend time going to a post office just to find out that I picked a package last week. I did use scan paper notice barcode option, but it would not say if the package was already picked up.
I wish there was an option to disable any paper notices completely.

Use the browser instead
I tried to track a package, but had to open the link in the browser — and log in again — to see the details. Then what’s the point of this app?
Logging out frequently
I don't know if it is a bug or a feature, but the app is logging out from my account, almost always when I am at the postoffice to pick up my parcels. Annoying, apart from that a very good app.
