Always there for me
I have been glad to stayto stick with a regional bank, and not one that has gotten too big to take care of the individual customer. And my friends to switch to First United when the paperwork trail has gotten too much for them at larger banks. I have been with First United, and their transformations, for 30 years.
New Version and Features
I have only been banking here for about 2 hrs and the newest version is running so much smoother! My Face ID works great on my new phone and I love the convenience of having Zelle, Bill Pay and the new credit score feature to manage my all of finances in one place!
ABSOLUTE WORST!!
This mobile banking app is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I would give jt zero stars if that were an option! Always asks me for my user ID when it was just saved in it a few mins prior to logging back in! It’s supposed to be set up with my thumbprint but it still makes me enter the password every fricken time?? And then it acts like I have never used the app before and prompts me for my phone number to “set up” my mobile banking?!?! Now it keeps logging me out after putting my info into it so I can try to sign in. Sooo frustrating!! Just use the internet version and save yourself the time and frustration!!!
