Needs current info
This app used to be my main source for reviewing trailers for movies and seeing what was showing in the theaters around me. Since Covid 19, the movie information in the theaters seems to not be updating. I know that our theaters are open now and showing movies but the movie times are not showing up in the app anymore.
Not functioning as intended
I like the trailers functionality itself but the feature which would be most helpful is the favorites feature where you can save a movie you want to see for later but this has never worked for me on iPhone. I can add movies to favorites but can never retrieve them. I just get the spinny icon like it is trying to update but it never does. This has been happening for years over all three of my iPhones. Apparently Apple does not test this feature or you would think they would have found that out. I would absolutely love the app if this worked.
Favorites Empty and Frustrated with Apple Support
This App is great for watching current trailers but when I try to save movies to my favorites the movie favorites page is completely blank. The Theater Favorites does work. The movie trailer says it’s there “Remove From Favorites”. But it’s not! I have deleted the App and reinstalled it repeatedly with no success. This has been at least a year now. I called Apple support with no success to solve this problem. Does anyone else have this issue? I don’t understand why there has been no recent updates to the App.
