The Isle of Maxcraft is in turmoil. The fabled Dragon King, Algarde, has awakened in the northeast, threatening the existence of the world as you know it. It is up to you to put a stop to Algarde before he destroys the entire Isle, or beyond.
This game is a simple turn based RPG, with combat mechanics inspired by pen and paper role playing games. Travel the land, battle monsters, upgrade your equipment, and repeat until you can defeat the Dragon King.
The shop in the southwest of the Isle sells armor and weapons at reasonable prices.
Along your travels, you may come across books describing more about the world of Vvarl, in which the Isle of Maxcraft is located.
The game is simple, short, and easy to learn. It's a great way to have fun, without having to invest time into a convoluted plot or overly complex combat system.

I beat it fairly quick. A few tweaks could make this game better, such as seeing your hp while you fight. The game is clearly a short grinder. Once you figure out the mechanics it's pretty easy, but repetitive.
I understand how this game has been called "unbeatable" because for a time I thought it was true. But once I found the shop, it became something COMPLETELY different- a grinder that was extremely easy to beat. If the developer had met in the middle instead of using the two extremes (and added additional content) I may have rated it five stars. Nevertheless, it was a good game overall!
Ignore these Jokers...
It's like they've never played a text based game before.
1) The game IS beatable. There is a store. Find it. Buy items with your gold.
2) There is no autosave. Why? Because this game punishes failure. Don't like that? Go back to FarmVille, sucker.
This game rocks. I played it and beat it twice. I'm sad there isn't more, and I really hope the dev makes another installment! :D
