I've been using this app for two weeks now, in preparation for the USMLE and it had been a life saver. Before using this, I would waste hours at night either laying awake unable to sleep or stressed out and studying until dawn, only to forget the information when my nerves kick in. This app has 1) helped me get a healthy well rested night of sleep every night (noted by the fact that I have been remembering/having dreams, and so therefore am fully entering the necessary REM stage), and 2) shown me practical ways to control my anxiety on the spot, to reorient my mind, and realize my true potential. I am a medical student studying for the Step 1 and have had a lot of anxiety. My school psycologist suggested I downoad this app. Im not really into hypnosis, but this app is great! The first time I used it I felt more relaxed, it was like I woke up from a short nap with a lot of energy! Have been using it almost every day since!
