Huge fan of Solitaire
I am a huge fan of Solitaire and other card games. Because of this, I downloaded solitaire apps, and I downloaded quite a few of them actually, and this app was one of them. After I have finished playing the other solitaire games that I installed on my phone, I played this app. First, I played Easy mode. Then I played Medium mode. And after that I played Hard mode. I hate Hard mode because it is way too difficult for me (obviously). But easy and medium mode are the best. I love easy and medium mode. Medium mode is just like classic solitaire. That version is #1 in my opinion. #2 is Easy Mode. And #3, the worst one, is Hard Mode. Also, there is this option where you can deal three cards in the deal pile, or whatever it's called. I love that option too! Just like Easy and Medium mode. In conclusion, I am a fan of Solitaire (like other people) and I really love this app!
Very Good App
I really like this app, even more than I thought I would. Only a few issues. First, the app, occasionally, seems to freeze up for 5 or 6 seconds. It's annoying, but I can get over it. What is harder to get over is while I can't make any moves during freeze up, the timer still records time. When the freeze up ends, the timer show the 5 or 6 seconds that has elapsed. Since time is used to calculate the score, that's problematic. Second, the ad that is positioned at the bottom... In that position, I often touch it inadvertently. It then opens Safari browser. I have to click a link to return to the game. I would prefer the ad to appear at the top or left (right-handed) where I would not inadvertently touch it. Maybe we can choose the location? Third, the app is 430Mb. Why is a solitaire game so big? Is this related to the variety of ads that popup? Also, I play this game on more than one device. The results are linked through my game account. I know this because my high score results show up on all the devices. So, why can’t the “daily” play on multiple devices get linked? As currently designed, I have to do the daily play on one device to get monthly totals. Would love to use whichever device was handy and see the totals on all. Last, the yellow warning symbol that indicates no additional moves should be optional. Often, I continue to make moves and even win games after that warning appears. Address those items and this is a 5 star app!
Annoying ads for “Final Fantasy”
The game is great and fun with great graphics. I rated it a 3, however, because if you have an internet data connection, you will be showered with ads for another game called “Final Fantasy.” This is a empire building game with graphics that look like a high school graphics course first attempt at animation. This solitaire game had great graphics, so I have to wonder what happened with “Final Fantasy?” I like this solitaire, so I am forced to either shut off my data or put up with a full screen ad for “Final Fantasy” after every 2-3 solitaire games. I realize that the solitaire game is free, thus ad supported. There is a small ad bar along the bottom of the solitaire window. Thanks fine. But the “Final Fantasy” ads are full screen and lock it up for 3-5 seconds. I think they named it “Final Fantasy” because they realize that they are in a fantasy world if they think that that anyone will download it. It is junk compared to other empire building games available.
