Promising but disappointing

My newspaper carrier cannot deliver a paper at a reasonable time so I cancelled it and opted for the e-version. Which costs more, go figure, and which has no ads inserted. So this app looked good. However the grocery store I shop at the most, a large chain with several hundred stores could not be displayed. Nor was Macy's. This may work for you if the ad representations are the ones you would get in your local paper. I thought I could replace a half dozen apps and bookmarks. Not happening.

PREVIOUSLY a great app.

This is an addendum to my previous review below. This app used to be the first thing I looked at when the ads came out each week. Now, I'm lucky if it shows more than 2 ads a week. When I click on most of the stores, I get the message that they cannot find any store ads. I may physically have the Sunday ad out of the newspaper in my hand and the circular is still not found. The primary store I want to see, CVS, which does not send a circular to my house, has not been on Weekly for a couple of months. I've reached out to the company several times and have never heard back from them. Sad to lose such a previously great app! 😥

I love that I can look up all the ads in one place, make one list, email it to myself and print it out for the week. Having one list vs several to keep up with is great and really a lifesaver for the ADD afflicted. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it will no longer give me an ad for the Super Target at which I shop. I have to go to the ad for a regular Target in another city.

Great Concept But Needs Improvement

Love the concept of this app, but it needs some improvement. I can only get weekly adds to pull up on 4-5 out of 12-15 stores which is pretty bad. I was hoping this would be a one stop shop for reviewing weekly ads, but the app has a ways to go before that can be the case. There are also issues saving items to the list. Some adds you can hit the upload and it saves the add to your shopping list, but other adds you hit upload and a menu pops up and you have to manually add the item and details to your list. This is pretty annoying.

I hope they continue to work and improve this app. If changes are made and stability and retrieval of ads are improved, then I'll improve my rating.
