So close to perfect!
Simple, easy to use. The only problem is you can't go back to add something to previous days if you forget to snap it. The only other thing I'd suggest is for the snappy/average/naughty entries to be grouped in columns/rows rather than kept in chronological order. That way, for each day, we could see the good foods we eat grouped together and the bad foods we eat grouped together and so get a better idea of how we're doing over all. I'm grateful for the app - it's helpful!
Simple but lacking some key features
I love the simplicity of this app for keeping a daily food journal. Just snap a photo. You can also import from your camera roll which is handy. The problem comes when you forget to snap a photo before you eat something, or if you snap a photo on your camera to import later. You can't edit the date/time of the entry so it may not show in the right order or on the right day even. Also it would be nice if you could add a manual text entry for times you forget to snap.
Pros and cons...
Pros: The photos remind you of thingwss you've eaten that may not have been part of your plan, like a slice of birthday cake at work. It also links with AchieveMint, and rewards are always a good thing!
Cons: The biggest con for me are the alerts - they're sent based on your last log of the day, which might be ok if its later in the day, but if you forget to photograph past lunch, the remember-to-use notification happens around 3AM.
