Best App

This app is the best! All of their training programs have helped me, but 10K is my favorite to do conditioning for Track and Cross Country. I love how I can listen to my own music and how it also speaks to me and tells me what's next. This is by far the best training apps you can get.

Worst app ever!

Not worth price (FREE). No audible alerts when off. Had to hold in hand during run/walk. Even then cut off and got no alarm. Ads were most obnoxious of any free app I have tried. Deleting after one use

Higher hopes

When my phone would go in standby, you would lose the voice commands. Instead, the command would pop up on your screen like a text. What good is that when I'm running? The apps where the voice commands are audible in conjunction with your music are much better.
