Great App

I like this app. It’s very easy to use, you can do a lot with it, like deposit checks with a photo, check balances, quick transfer money from one account to another and have it happen immediately, pretty much all the things it says it does. My only complaint is that you have to have a separate online account to do anything with the credit card except check the balance, you can’t transfer $$$ from it, you can’t even make a payment.

Mobile Banking Is So Awesome!!!

I love having the ability to transfer money or check my eStatement while on the go! My spouse and I use this app all the time to see pending deposits, and to check our balance. Just tonight we noticed two fraudulent transactions on our account! We were able to transfer all of our money from our checking account to our savings account as our debit cards don’t have access to that account. Because it was outside of normal business hours we were unable to reach a resolution with the fraud department. However, it is good to know that the thief won’t be able to have access to anymore of our money. Thank you Northwest Banking App!!! Mobile banking is awesome!!!

Review of NWCCU’s new app

Change isn’t always better. For starters, when one first looks at the screen when you log in, the font is not as bold, the listings of one’s account are in a different order, and the one that irks me the most; one’s balance on her/his credit card isn’t the initial total one sees. It shows available credit first, so you have to go to “credit card services,” in order to see what your total debt is on your credit card line.
You switch/change your web page login format, we get irked, then we eventually get use to the new format, then you up & change it again. It’s a vicious circle that drives me crazy. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. If it isn’t broken, don’t “ fix” it.
