No Cancelation Option
Don’t buy this app unless you want to pay for it the rest of your life.
I bought this app because I like Deepak Chopra. I thought the app would have sound bites from him, but it doesn’t. I decided to cancel the same day I got it, but realized there was no cancel button. I tried to contact the people listed on the receipt I get when I’m charged each month, but got bounce back emails and the website has a 404 error. I contacted Support for the Deepak Chopra website (where I first learned about the app) and was told I need to fill out this contact form on the website. I tried to do that but it won’t let me submit my request without some verification code (??).
I’ve gotten the runaround, meanwhile I am being charged $5.99 a month (so far for 3 months). It’s starting to feel like a scam.
