Pillowtalk was born from a personal journey. Our co-founder, Belen, struggled with anxiety and sleep disorders in the chaos of modern life. Journaling became her safe space—helping her stress less, organize her thoughts, and spark creativity.

This app is amazing, has great potential, and even greater if you’re aware of your intention and “gameplan” of using it. I’ve been in therapy for 5 years. I struggle with a lot of mental health challenges. This feedback was more helpful and validating than my therapist telling me “try deep breathing, be nice to yourself, etc.” it gives you actual exercises to challenge yourself. You can do this anywhere. I am excited to see where this app goes. It’s convenient, helpful, insightful, and I love that I can record how I am feeling and it categorizes what I’m dealing with am I feelings, which is very difficult at a time so misunderstood (young 20s).

I got this randomly not thinking of using it long term but this app has honestly given me some of the best advice I've ever received, I love being able to track my days but diaries haven't worked for me because writing in them every day was difficult but since theres a yap option it really helps me out in that area. Highly recommend for those who want to get to know themselves better and improve their life in areas of self care and mindset

So happy I stumbled upon pillowtalk. Great tool to journal and self reflect. You have the option to type or speak your entries which will be transcribed for you to refer back to. The app also provides you with insight on your thought process and moods that dominated your journal entries on a particular week. Very cool stuff. As someone who values self reflection this is an amazing app all around!
