In dire need of an app over haul.
What’s the point of a “shopping cart” tab in a app that basically the only thing it does is direct you in several ways to the nearest kiosk? It’d be nice to see the full selection of different types of keys and options available BEFORE going to a nearest kiosk that may or may not have it stocked. I was looking for a key that looks like my house key, which is a very common style, but it has the bottle opener cut out, that’s originally the first one I saw. I’m not even sure I did the order correctly to be honest. I’ve seen two different keys with the same bottle opener cut which got me curious enough to find a kiosk and get one but I’m not even sure I ordered the correct one I was looking for. Again, it’d be nice to actually be able to see the full selection of options and combinations available in app on my free time before I go to the front of a store and stand there feeling like an idiot. I don’t know just a wise idea.🤷🏼♂️
Used to be “major key alert!”
I’m not sure what the software team was thinking here when they removed the whole software thing. The ONLY value in this app (and it was incredible) was the ability to mobile scan. Now that’s gone I will be going to a hardware store, not a stupid kiosk. This company will almost certainly be obliterated, nicely done folks. I can find hardware stores (and your kiosks) with Google Maps. Key software to major disappointment!!
The scan thing was cool, but not the whole app.
The coolest part (in my opinion) of this app is the fact that you can *SAVE* keys so when you loose one (there’s even a “I’m locked out!” Button) you can just get it replaced! Only thing is hopefully you live near a kiosk, otherwise it’ll be 3-5days.
If you have the money to throw at it, I highly suggest letting the kiosk smooth the teeth... It has made my house key so much better! I can get in & out quickly & not have to play with the stupid lock.
The scanning thing that people are complaining about honestly didn’t seem to work all that well for people, I was too sketched out by it honestly lol.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
