Alliance CREDIBLE is a CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) attendance and meal tracking application for Early Childhood Education providers. Alliance CREDIBLE streamlines the daily record-keeping required for CACFP compliance — putting everything you need right in your pocket. With Alliance CREDIBLE, providers can record child check-ins and check-outs throughout the day, with support for both single and multi-session attendance. Meal service is tracked per child for every meal period — Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner, and Late Snack — with the ability to quickly serve all children at once or make individual adjustments. Providers can also view the daily meal plan, including separate plans for infants and non-infants across all age groups. The built-in calendar gives a full monthly view of attendance and meal service activity, making it easy to navigate to any day and review or complete records. Room filtering lets staff focus on just the children in their care. Alliance CREDIBLE supports biometric login (face or fingerprint) for quick, secure access and is available in both English and Spanish.
