Feel the urge to snack, doomscroll, or impulse buy? Tap the tile. A 45-second breathing timer starts. By the time it ends, most cravings have already faded. Then log whether you resisted or gave in. That's it. Three seconds to log. A lifetime to benefit.
TRACK IMPULSES
Add the urges you're fighting - snacking, smoking, online shopping, doomscrolling, whatever yours are. Each one gets a tile. When the craving hits, tap it. The cooldown timer gives your brain time to catch up with the impulse. Over time, your resistance rate climbs and the urges themselves become less frequent.
BUILD DAILY HABITS
Track the positive actions you want to show up for - workout, read, meditate, drink water. Set custom active days. Rest days and skipped days never break your streak, because real discipline includes knowing when to pause.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Your Resistance Rate shows your self-control as a single percentage. The Resist Rate Calendar paints each day green, amber, or red. Watch a month of red turn into a month of green. The numbers don't lie - you're getting stronger.
